You have the right to change your mind and receive a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase (the “Cooling-off Period”), but only if you have not logged in or otherwise redeemed or started to use the product.
However, if you cancel your payment and/or terminate the Terms after the Cooling-off Period is over (where applicable), and/or before the end of the subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us.
Downgrading plans refund policy
Users can downgrade their subscripton at any time. The subscription downgraded to will then go into affect after the current billing cycle is through.
In cases where mistakes may have been made by the user, for example ordering a twelve (12) month plan where three (3) month was the intended one. Users can request a downgrade and have the difference refunded to them, but only if the request is made within three (3) days of purchase.
